PBJ Pet Care Service Covid-19 Guidelines
Pet Care Provider Guidelines
*Pet Care providers will call you 2 hours prior to your requested service to confirm that no person in your home is currently experiencing known COVID-19 symptoms. If you or your family member are experiencing symptoms, then we request you reschedule your service. You will not be charged for that day’s service.
*Pet Care providers will wear gloves and a mask on all appointments. They will observe the recommended 6 foot social distancing as suggested by the CDC.
*If your pet care provider is experiencing symptoms or if they have been exposed to someone with confirmed Covid-19, then we will arrange for a substitute provider.
Client Guidelines
*Clients may text or email with pet care providers to discuss all important safety measures. We recommend coordinating with your pet care provider by using video calling to show where supplies are kept.
*If you are home during the time of service, then please keep interactions short, wear a mask and follow social distancing guidelines. Please ensure your pet and supplies are easily accessible and located in the same place.
*If you are experiencing symptoms or have been exposed to someone with confirmed Covid-19, then we request that you reschedule your service.
*We recommend clients sanitize door knobs before and after your pet care provider's visit.
